NEW BLOOD: This will be a category dedicated to new releases that have come out. I will review them and do my best to give you as much info as possible without any spoilers. It will serve as a recommendation or a warning depending on the flick.
FAN FICTION FRIDAY: On Fridays starting soon will start to write short stories that will serve as sequels to horror properties in the way I think it should or should have gone. Some upcoming examples are a sequel to Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) which will have Biehl's character run into the characters from the first film. A sequel to Night of the Living Dead (1990) which will feature a continuation of Barbara's story as well as a sequel to the original Nightmare on Elm street featuring Nancy's continuing story line and a separate and a sequel to Jesse's(the first male scream queen) story in Nightmare 2.It's gonna be fun!
HOMOEROTIC HUMP DAY: This category will focus on a homoerotic horror flick. It will include a dissection of the story line, characters as well as sexy pics and other steamy additions. Still working out the kinks but it's gonna be Fetch!
KILLER EYE: Will focus on bad ass artists! Whether it be film, paintings, photography, music, etc. that deserve exposure in the genre. I will try my best to do the research so the artists have bios as well as examples of their impressive work.
IN DEFENSE OF: A category dedicated to those films we love and so many other hate. It will feature an article on why I love the movie so much and stats including but not limited too box office, staying power and where the people who made it are now.
RETRO HORROR FIX: A focus on those genre staples of yesteryear who still still need some loving and deserve it. It will feature a review as well as some stats pics and other nasty tidbits.
GUILTY PLEASURE TREASURE: As a big time horror fan and obsessed lover of the genre I can't help but love 99 percent of all the offerings the genre has for better or worse. Sometimes much, much worse. This category is dedicated to those movies that are so bad we can't help but ove them or all the wrong reasons.
SHOWS 2 DIE FOR: A recap/ review of horror to horroresque TV/Net shows and seasons. I will talk about what works and what doesn't in my opinion and in some cases where it needs to go.
WEEKEND WARNING: A category to all the goodies that will flesh out your upcoming weekend! From new release movies to video games to books,shows and more. Including anniversaries and ideas as well all to make your days off or lack there of deliciously dark.
DISC DUMP TUESDAYS: A weekly alert on all the new genre offerings hitting disc and the best deals when trying to find them.
TRAILER PARK NIGHTMARE: The newest, craziest trailers for upcoming films. With links to where you can watch them!
13 LISTS: My 13 lists will continue with features on everything genre related from the sexiest genre stars to the most horrifying concepts, missed opportunities, worst/best performances and so much more. I will be doing my best to keep it bloody!
VOD WATCHMARE: Video On Demand releases to ook out for and whether they are worth the money!
THE BLOODY BUZZ: The buzz on the latest releases and all of the upcoming genre masterpieces to look forward to!
